Key Responsibilities Of The Accounting Manager

• Oversee daily accounting operations and ensure accuracy across financial processes
• Lead and manage the accounting team, providing guidance and support
• Prepare financial statements and assist with month-end close activities
• Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
• Implement and enhance internal controls and accounting procedures
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Experience managing accounting staff is a plus
• Bachelors in Accounting required
• Proven experience implementing process improvements
• Aviation industry experience is a strong plus
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Base pay range

$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr
