$125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

About the Role
We\u2019re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to join a growing finance team. Reporting directly to the Chief Accounting Officer, you\u2019ll lead core accounting processes, ensure the accuracy of financial data, and help scale operations as we grow. You\u2019ll play a vital role in managing the month-end close, financial reporting, audit readiness, and cross-functional projects.
What You\u2019ll Do
- Own and execute the month-end close process: journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Lead internal controls and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP
- Collaborate with external auditors to support audit readiness
- Partner with cross-functional teams on ad hoc analysis and reporting
- Drive process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives
- Perform technical accounting research and support complex transactions
What We9re Looking For
- 4+ years of accounting experience (Big 4 public accounting strongly preferred)
- Active CPA license (required)
- Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
- Strong grasp of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and internal controls
- ERP experience (NetSuite preferred); familiarity with Tableau/Snowflake a plus
- Advanced Excel skills and sharp attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic, high-growth environment
