Description Job Title: Cybersecurity Architect Expert Type: Full Time 3 days onsite, 2 days remote Summary The Cybersecurity Architect Expert reports to the Cybersecurity Architect Senior Manager and interacts with the chief information security officer, audit, and compliance teams. Responsible for designing security solutions that protect data while enabling business innovation. Works with security engineering, IT infrastructure, application development, security operations, audits, and end users. Also architects solutions for B2B initiatives, third-party relationships, outsourced solutions, and vendors. The role involves providing expert guidance on current security issues, anticipating industry trends, and proactively delivering secure solutions. Must think like an adversary to adapt to evolving threats. The position is comprised of 40% security architecture, 50% technical leadership, and 10% R&D. Collaborates with product managers and solution architects to define security strategies and guides CIOs on security controls. Duties & Responsibilities Leverage common information security patterns in business contexts Collaborate with subject matter experts to improve security services Work effectively across all organizational levels Establish and maintain effective relationships Apply strong analytical and strategic thinking skills Challenge the status quo with critical thinking Be a self-starter committed to delivering value Perform additional duties as assigned Basic Qualifications 2+ years cybersecurity architecture experience 6+ years information security experience 6+ years delivering technology solutions 3+ years in architecture, governance, risk management, PCI DSS, application security, encryption, key management, and IAM Associate's degree or higher Preferred Qualifications Extensive knowledge of security controls and technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, PKI, IDAM, antivirus, firewalls, EDR, threat intelligence, automation, deception tech, and application controls Experience with mobile and web application design and management Influence management on technical and business solutions Experience with cloud technologies (SaaS, IaaS, PaaS) in various environments Excellent communication skills Understanding of data protection, threat analysis, cryptography, service-oriented architecture, enterprise authentication technologies (LDAP, SAML, XACML), and diverse platforms Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Experience in financial services application architecture By providing your phone number, you consent to receive automated messages from Judge related to job opportunities.
