Overview As a Production Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maximizing well performance through proactive monitoring and optimization. You’ll use production data analytics, nodal modeling, and field diagnostics to troubleshoot underperforming wells and improve system efficiency. You’ll collaborate closely with field operators, data analysts, and asset managers to implement cost-effective lift solutions and ensure production reliability. This role requires both strategic insight and hands-on technical expertise.
Optimize artificial lift, flow assurance, and production performance
Conduct nodal analysis and implement field optimization strategies
Partner with operations to reduce downtime and increase run life
Responsibilities Maximize well performance through proactive monitoring and optimization
Use production data analytics, nodal modeling, and field diagnostics to troubleshoot underperforming wells
Collaborate with field operators, data analysts, and asset managers to implement cost-effective lift solutions and ensure production reliability
Qualifications Bachelor’s in Petroleum, Chemical, or Mechanical Engineering
5–8 years of production operations experience
Proficiency in Prosper, GAP, or RodStar systems
Deep knowledge of ESPs, gas lift, and plunger lift optimization
Field experience with artificial lift troubleshooting and data integration
