Here’s What You’d Do The Senior Data Analyst leads high-impact analytics initiatives and helps shape data-driven decision making across the organization. This role partners with stakeholders to define business needs, build scalable analytical solutions, and mentor junior analysts while championing best practices in data and reporting.
You’d be responsible for Lead end-to-end analytics projects, including requirement gathering, scoping, data preparation, visualization, maintenance, and ongoing enhancement of dashboards and reports.
Manage data from multiple sources, including Salesforce, Azure Service Fabric, JDE, and Workday, to create integrated views and ensure data integrity and consistency.
Serve as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring analytics solutions are actionable and aligned to organizational priorities.
Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and process improvements across reporting and analytics workflows.
Identify new or underserved areas of the business and develop analytical solutions to close the gaps.
Promote adoption of dashboards and reporting solutions by developing documentation, delivering training, and demonstrating the value of analytics.
Contribute to data strategy by championing data quality, governance, and scalable practices.
Mentor junior analysts on tools, methods, best practices, and business communication.
You Might Be a Good Fit If You Have Bachelor’s degree in a business, technical, or related field
5+ years of relevant experience, including 1–2 years in a senior or lead capacity
Advanced skills in Power BI (data modeling, DAX, visualization design)
Proficiency in SQL, Python, Alteryx, and Microsoft Excel
Experience with Fabric, Azure Service Fabric, and OneLake is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to tell compelling stories with data and provide actionable recommendations
Experience working with enterprise data platforms (e.g., Azure, Snowflake, Redshift, Databricks) and integrating multiple systems
Solid understanding of data management, governance, quality, and information security practices
Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders, foster strong partnerships, and drive change with urgency
Exceptional attention to detail and appreciation for the relationships among process, data, and business outcomes
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
