Base pay range $120,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Experience on creating engineering changes through the usage of a PLM, preferably Windchill PartsLink and PDMLink. Knowledge about DO-254, DO-160 and/or IEC 62239-1:2018 Experience leading audits. Advanced knowledge of electronic components, its manufacturing methods, know the technology of the components, their level of performance. Experience with component datasheets, standards (like MIL specs), and regulations (REACH, RoHS). Good communication and negotiation skills Good self-motivated and teamwork spirit Good knowledge about the Electronic Components Market. Expert managing obsolescence process. Ability to handle different projects and objectives at the same time. Ability to manage and track component data within PLM. Ability to define/implement/improve process.
