Join to apply for the Recruiter role at Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization PBACO's Human Resources Team has a Recruiter opportunity! This is an onsite role based in our Palm Springs, FL office. This is a full cycle recruiting position and responsible for managing candidates throughout the full recruiting life cycle, including but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, referrals, counseling, negotiating, offering, and marketing PBACO. Responsibilities: Create and execute a recruitment plan for various roles from entry to senior level Work with hiring managers to clarify job specifications to fill current and future hiring needs and modify job descriptions as appropriate Utilize internet, employee referrals and networking to identify and contact qualified applicants for positions Develop new sources to identify and proactively build a warm bench of talent, conduct initial call to potential candidate Work with Talent Acquisition Manager to create best practices for recruiting and participate in special firm wide recruiting initiatives Create key measures of success and provide regular reporting and analysis of recruiting effort with the expectation of filling a minimum of 10 positions per month Provide monthly recruiting metrics for internal reporting Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of special projects as assigned by leadership. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience Bachelor’s degree in Business or other related field required Proven ability to succeed in a high-volume recruiting environment while managing projects simultaneously Tech forward mentality and experience working in ATS, MS Excel, MS TEAMs; experience with ADP Workforce Now and other online/collaboration technology a plus Strong written and verbal communication skills; Business writing experience a plus Team player who can also work independently and multitask Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Human Resources Industries: Hospitals and Health Care Palm Beach Accountable Care Organization provided pay range: $70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr #J-18808-Ljbffr
