HIL Tester – Inherent Technologies – Farmington Hills, MI – Full-Time

Responsibilities:

• 6-8 years experience in Automotive SW V&V
• System level functional testing of Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS)
• Communication protocols: CAN/CANFD, DSI3, LIN, SOVD, Automotive Ethernet, DoIP (Ethernet knowledge is a plus)
• Working experience with dSPACE products
• Experience in ADAS HIL bench environment setup and debugging for L2 and L2++ features
• Communication protocols simulation: CAN, LIN, Flexray, Ethernet
• Automated Test Equipment framework – HIL simulators: dSPACE, Vector, IPG Car Maker, Aurelion, Motion Desk, Automation Desk, Control Desk, Configuration Desk, MATLAB
• Experience with Configuration, Requirements and Problem Management Tools: Polarion, CM Synergy/Plastic SCM, Change Synergy/JIRA
• Experience in defining test strategy, test plan, test execution, reporting & defect logging
• Experience working in Agile environment (Scrum)
• Strong problem‑solving skills
• Mandatory on ASPICE processes
• Functional Safety standards and testing
• Bootloader & SWDL
• Debug skills using Lauterbach
