**POSITION DESCRIPTION:** **POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:** Adheres to financial, regulatory, quality compliance standards and requirements Conducts all business with customers in a manner that adheres to ethics & compliance guidelines and FDA requirements Work with internal functions (marketing, customer service, finance, etc.) to meet targets (i.e. Inventory management audits, customer service protocols, etc.)* Contribute to the development of a strong team effort* Recognize and understand competitive products, features, strengths in relation to the company’s products*IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION, THE FOLLOWING BASIC QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE EVIDENT ON YOUR RESUME** Bachelor’s degreeAND* 3+ years or B2B sales or healthcare sales experienceOR* 1+ year Medtronic Clinical Specialist experience with minimum 2 prior years of clinical, interventional or cath lab experience or B2B sales or healthcare sales experience (Bachelor’s degree still required)* OR Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years’ experience as a US Military Officer “leading a team, project or account management”.**DESIRED/PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (optional):**Self-Development and Product KnowledgeDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical/clinical knowledge and capabilities Participate in product and skills development programs, managing own self development Maintain strong ongoing knowledge of the reimbursement landscape **BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:** Sales experience in medical devices, capital equipment sales, surgical sales & in-hospital pharmaceuticals Must be able to meet hospital vendor credentialing requirements Business planning skills Presentation skills Demonstrated ability to work independently & drive results Knowledge & experience in operating room, hospital & physician office protocol/conduct Ability to teach & educate medical personnel, peers & technical support personnel Demonstrated ability to grasp use of technology & applications (i.e., iPad, SalesForces.com); PC literate**PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:** Ability to work in Cath Labs **Work and Travel Requirements** Ability to travel extensively by car and planeAbility to conduct company business outside of typical Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; work schedule preferred A commitment to our employees lives at the core of our values.
