Shift Description: Fri 4PM-Fri 4PM
• Board Certified/Board Eligible - REQUIRED BC preferred
• ACTIVE MA LICSENSE - REQUIRED
• No outpatient expectations
• BLS - REQUIRED
• ERCP certification is a nice to have but not a must
Practice Setting: Inpatient
Call Structure approx 1:4 Fri 4pm-Fri 4pm Floor/ED/ICU/emergent consults and endoscopies (when needed) Carry Beeper overnight Outpatient-TBD and will know more early next week
Reason for Coverage: Retirement
Dates of Coverage: Start mid Dec 2025 until we find perm placement physician

Will Outpatient Gastroenterology and Internal Medicine be Required? No

• with Fulguration of Bleeder (Cautery vs. Laser)
• with Injection of Varices
• with Banding of Varices
• Diagnostic
• Therapeutic
• with PEG (Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy)
