The Role As Sr Operations Manager you will provide a best‑in‑class experience to our eaters and chefs. You will help elevate standards, streamline processes, and provide efficient guidelines to the Kitchen, Warehouse, Food Safety, Fulfillment, and Logistics departments, ensuring they are all set for success. Success will be measured by customer satisfaction and profitability, constantly identifying key opportunities and spearheading projects focused on effectively scaling our business for growth.

Responsibilities

Manage day‑to‑day operations and hold a high level of accountability as a leader in your team, while constantly pushing to meet targets and creating operational efficiencies.

Partner with other teams such as Customer Experience, Engineering, and Product to develop strong processes that minimize errors and ensure maximum productivity.

Demonstrate ability to manage multiple complex projects—work prioritization, planning, and task delegation.

Insure continuous improvement to safety, quality, cost, and delivery while growing and expanding capabilities within the warehouse.

Map out, drive, and continuously improve day‑to‑day operations in a hyper‑growth environment, effectively engaging, motivating, and directing the team to ensure on‑time and accurate delivery of customer orders.

Implement a solid and efficient process and procedures for essential warehouse functions (receiving, shipping, and distribution) to ensure high productivity.

Qualifications

5+ years of management experience.

Previous experience in Shipping or Logistics operations is highly valued.

Effective project management skills, well‑versed in Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement.

Computer skills including knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite (Gmail, Drive, Sheets, etc.).

Outstanding communication and organizational skills.

Being able to speak conversational Spanish and/or another language is preferred.

Compensation Pay Range for this position: $110,000—$120,000 USD. All final pay rates will be determined by candidate experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
