Cyber Security Operations Center (CSOC) Manager - USDS
Responsibilities: The Fusion Center Principal will lead the TikTok US Cyber Fusion Center in Washington, DC. You will build and lead a team of people, processes and technologies with the overarching goal of detecting and responding to threats that could impact TikTok's US operations.
Lead a 24x7 monitoring and response capability.
Develop and document standard operating procedures for threat detection, investigation and containment.
Collaborate with the USDS red team to execute purple team exercises.
Collect and analyze data to support threat investigations.
Coordinate response and defensive actions with cross functional teams.
Qualifications: The candidate must have expert skills in conducting technical analysis of security events, malware analysis, incident investigation and escalation, digital forensics and other general incident response related issues.
Bachelor’s Degree or industry equivalent in security architecture and engineering.
Certifications: CISSP, GCIA, GCIH, GREM or applicable experience.
Expert in computer security incident handling and responding to Advanced Persistent Threats.
Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a collaborative, high performing team.
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills with multi‑functional teams.

Compensation and benefits: The base salary range for this position in Washington, DC is $179,820 - $336,960 annually.
