Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales strategy in collaboration with the Chief Revenue Officer, setting revenue and profitability goals.

Manage and mentor a high‑performing sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.

Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their needs and aligning IT solutions to address business challenges and opportunities.

Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance analysis, presenting regular reports and insights to leadership.

Optimize sales processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring CRM systems and data analytics are leveraged for informed decision‑making.

Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor strategies, and identify emerging technologies to keep the company’s offerings relevant and ahead of the curve.

Collaborate with the Chief Technology Officer to identify and develop strategic partnerships with technology vendors and service providers.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to design effective go‑to‑market plans for IT offerings, ensuring alignment between demand generation and sales execution.

Lead high‑stakes negotiations for complex IT contracts, balancing client requirements with business goals and risk‑management principles.

Develop and manage the budget, allocating resources to maximize return on investment.

Ensure all sales practices comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards, maintaining the company’s reputation for integrity and professionalism.

Must be flexible and willing to travel.

All other duties, as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications

Strategic sales leadership with experience developing long‑term sales strategies that align with business goals.

Ability to inspire and guide a sales team through technological shifts, market changes, and internal transformations, ensuring stability and focus.

Client‑centric mindset with exceptional leadership and team‑building skills.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities; analytic and problem‑solving skills.

Thorough understanding of IT services and solutions, translating technical concepts into clear business benefits.

Willingness to stay updated on emerging technologies, evolving industry standards, and competitive innovations.

Proven ability to build enduring partnerships, nurture existing client relationships, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Expertise in developing, coaching, and mentoring a high‑performing sales team.

Experience in recruiting, retaining, and motivating sales talent, setting clear expectations, monitoring progress, and recognizing achievements.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field preferred.

10+ years of progressive IT sales experience, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role within IT consulting or professional services.

Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.

Strong understanding of IT solutions, including cloud, collaboration, data center, AI & data analytics, managed services, networking, and security.

Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
