$250,000 - $300,000 per year
Position Overview The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is leading dessert manufacturing for over 700 dedicated staff. Reporting to the Bakery President, this role oversees current operations and strategic expansion into a third bakery on a 2027‑28 schedule.

Responsibilities
Lead and guide two existing bakery manufacturing operations and manage the development of a third bakery set to open in 2027‑28.
Develop and execute strategic plans, supply‑chain planning, procurement, and master scheduling.
Oversee manufacturing operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives (NPD scale‑up, product and process improvement).
Collaborate with cross‑functional leaders – QA & food safety, distribution, finance, IT, customer service, HR – to align on quality, safety, and cost goals.
Support the Bakery President in sales, marketing, new product development, and brand expansion.
Ensure regulatory compliance and food‑safety standards across all operations.
Direct preventive and emergency maintenance, safety management, and safety‑law compliance.
Develop a culture of continuous improvement and measurable performance in People, Safety, Quality, Service, and Cost.
Travel up to 50% as required.
Qualifications
20+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing.
10+ years of senior leadership experience in food manufacturing at the Director level or above.
Demonstrated commitment to people‑centered leadership and employee engagement.
Strong quantitative, interpersonal, critical‑thinking, and planning skills.
Self‑directed ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Registered with bachelor’s degree.
Ability to travel up to 50%.
