Partner/Counsel - General Liability (Fully Remote Option)

Partner/Counsel – General Liability (Fully Remote Option) Prominent firm is growing and seeking to add a Senior Counsel or Partner level attorney for their Los Angeles office. Ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in one or more of the following practice areas: General Liability, Construction, Transportation/Trucking, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Professional Liability, Auto, Insurance Coverage, Product Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental. Portable book of business is not required. Option to work fully Remote.

Base pay range: $180,000 / yr – $250,000 / yr

Responsibilities:

Handle cases from inception to conclusion

Take and defend depositions

Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

7+ years of litigation experience ideally in General Liability/Insurance Defense

Licensed to practice and in good standing in CA

Trial and/or trial prep experience
