This is a hybrid position which requires working in the Waltham, MA office at least one day per week. Primary Job Responsibilities
Technical Implementation & Development Develop automation scripts to reduce manual intervention in operations Implement monitoring and alerting strategies for infrastructure and applications Participate in incident response and post-mortem analyses Work with development teams to design resilient systems and implement SRE best practices Project Scope & Complexity
Handle infrastructure reliability tasks and small-scale automation efforts independently Communication & Impact
Work with development and operations teams to improve service availability Leadership & Growth
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in reliability engineering Qualifications
Education BS or MS in Computer Science, IT or a related field Years and Type of Experience 2-4 years of work experience in a Site Reliability Engineering/Platform Engineering/DevOps role or similar Key Skills, Knowledge, & Capabilities
Infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) Monitoring and observability CI/CD pipelines Cloud architecture Incident management and troubleshooting Fluent in English; knowledge of German is beneficial Dentsply Sirona is an Equal Opportunity/affirmative action employer.
