Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to support our organization by converting complex data sets into actionable insights for informed decision-making. This role involves meticulous management and analysis of data, creating detailed reports, and collaborating across teams to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools to drive improvements and ensure data integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, clean, and organize data from various sources, maintaining data integrity. Work closely with business units, providing data-driven recommendations and support. Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced data efficiency and effectiveness. Uphold data governance standards, including privacy and security requirements. Collaborate with stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Must-Have Skills:
Proficiency in SQL and Excel Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau or Power BI) Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Required Experience:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Data Science, Mathematics, or Computer Science. A minimum of 2 years' experience in data analysis or a related role. Demonstrated experience in statistical analysis and data modeling is crucial for this position.
Industry Experience:
Experience in a business or tech-focused environment is preferred, with a strong emphasis on data integrity and analytics.
