What You’ll Do

Drive Organizational and Cultural Transformation: Act as a strategic thought partner to the President and leadership team, guiding cultural evolution and aligning talent to business goals.

Lead Talent Strategy and Succession Planning for the OpCo: Partner with senior leaders and the Integrated Talent COE to assess talent needs, build capability, and develop robust succession and development plans.

Elevate Employee Experience: Design and implement strategies that improve engagement, retention, and performance, particularly where cultural progress has been limited.

Develop and Lead a High-Impact HRBP Team: Build and strengthen a cohesive HRBP function across locations, with a focus on upskilling and empowering HR talent.

Ensure Legal and Regulatory Excellence: Provide expert guidance on California and federal employment law to mitigate risk and maintain compliance.

Leverage HR Technology and Shared Services: Navigate and optimize the broader HRT infrastructure to drive scale and efficiency.

Support Key Leadership Career Paths and Transitions: Enable smooth transition and strategic alignment for new leaders and critical hires.

What You’ll Bring

Proven HR leadership experience in dynamic, growth-oriented environments; transformation experience is essential.

Demonstrated success in driving culture change and employee engagement with measurable outcomes.

Experience building and leading a team of strong HR Business Partners.

Deep working knowledge of California employment law and HR best practices.

Comfort and effectiveness operating in matrixed or shared services HR models.

Ability to travel regularly to Hollister, CA, and maintain an onsite presence in Chandler.

Exceptional collaboration, communication, and executive influence skills.

Experience in or exposure to industrial, technology, or manufacturing environments a plus — but aerospace/defense industry experience is not required.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).

Experience working with high-caliber HR talent pools (e.g., Intel or similarly complex organizations).

Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform strategy and measure success.
