Soldier Team Staff Synchronization Officer (SSO) We are seeking a highly qualified

Soldier Team Staff Synchronization Officer (SSO)

to serve as

Key Personnel

supporting Army Soldier Systems programs. This role focuses on the integration, analysis, and management of crew-served weapons, sniper systems, optics, mounts, and tactical targeting technologies. The ideal candidate will have deep operational experience with Army weapon systems and synchronization across Soldier Team capabilities.

Responsibilities

Manage and synchronize Army Soldier Team programs and capabilities

Provide strategic analysis and support for decision forums and briefings

Support integration of crew-served weapons and related systems into Army modernization efforts

Collaborate with Army, Joint, and OSD staffs to develop strategic-level products

Conduct quality control of leadership reviews and portfolio briefings

Maintain and update leadership smart books and strategic communication materials

Crew-Served Weapons:

M2/M2A1 .50 Caliber Machine Gun

M240B/L Medium Caliber Machine Guns

M3A1 40mm Launcher

Multi-role Antiarmor Antipersonnel Weapon System (MAAWS) 40mm

Future Medium Machine Gun (FMMG)

Sniper Rifles and Ammunition

Small Arms Ammunition

Machine Gun Optics

Tripods and Vehicular Mounts

Tactical Lasers:

STORM (Small Tactical Optical Rifle Mounted)

LTLM (Laser Target Locator Module)

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business or Engineering

Minimum of 4 years of experience in Force Development or related duties

Experience at senior Army levels such as HQDA, MACOMs, or Army Service Component Commands

TS/SCI clearance is mandatory

Operational experience with Soldier Team systems and Mission Command Transport Applications

Preferred Skills & Expertise

Interdisciplinary knowledge of:

Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)

DoD acquisition processes (DoDI 5000.2)

Materiel and force structure requirements development and validation (JCIDS)

Experience applying force development across DOTMLPF-P domains in fiscally constrained environments

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
