Responsibilities
Help lead the evolution of Adobe.com personalization platform, further developing it as a critical point for the company’s consumer and enterprise solutions.
Use data, customer and competitive insights and industry standards to find opportunities to build innovative capabilities and compelling personalization experiences.
Assess new market opportunity and strategic areas of growth within our audience.
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive a wide range of research type (E2E reviews, audits, user testing, A/B testing, analytics deep dive…).
Create business cases outlining projected impact for each initiative to be prioritized on the roadmap.
Work with Experience Designers on customer journeys, UX flows, and page designs.
Transform requirements into feature specs/user stories including story acceptance criteria for the engineering team.
Define goals, set priorities, and drive a backlog of features adapted to your markets.
Actively address ambiguity and change in the product backlog.
Assess and report on the results of initiatives vs their expected impact.
Align key partners on vision, roadmap, and prioritization of platform capabilities.
Present convincingly to executives, partners, and users/customers.
Make tough trade off decisions to get the biggest bang for the buck.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of product owner experience in web/mobile personalization & segmentation tools.
Experience working cross-functionally with studio and engineering teams – user stories, UX flows, customer journeys, etc.
Strong with day‑to‑day execution w/ backlog grooming, writing Jira tickets, and setting up test cases.
Highly analytical; relentless focus on using data to drive decisions through A/B testing, E2E reviews, audits to create and achieve measurable key results for the site.
Experience with the personalization technologies such as CDPs, testing/targeting/analytics, machine learning models.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager with a technology focused organization.
Proven experience in conceptualizing, defining, building, and releasing products on a web/mobile ecosystem with a deep understanding of web technologies.
Experience leading Agile based development teams.
Articulate in defining product requirements, writing functional specs and user stories.
Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills to influence all stakeholders and partners.
Able to set goals and participate in strategic initiatives for a team.
Highly analytical; deep focus on using data to drive decisions, build and achieve measurable key results for the platform services.
Ability to build positive relationships across functions within a large organization.
Passion for new knowledge and enjoy learning about industry and technology trends.
Experience with Adobe Experience Platform and products such as AEM, Target, Audience Manager, AEP Segments, etc.
Compensation $64.07 to $85.42 per hour.
