JOB OVERVIEW The Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data and Analytics is a strategic executive role responsible for driving company growth and expanding market share through advanced data capabilities, business intelligence, and AI-driven insights. This leader will architect and execute enterprise-wide data strategies that enhance customer journeys, optimize acquisition and retention, and fuel innovation across both B2B and B2C channels.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead the development of a data-driven culture focused on innovation, experimentation, and continuous learning.
Champion AI and self-learning systems to uncover actionable insights and accelerate business outcomes.
Oversee CDP strategy including intake processes, triggers, cohort development, and audience segmentation.
Maximize CDP capabilities to reduce churn, identify new customer segments, and increase lifetime customer value.
Drive companion analytics to support seamless customer journey flows and portfolio growth.
Lead predictive analytics initiatives across customer behavior, inventory, pricing, and category preferences.
Develop and refine funnel analytics to ensure fluid handoffs in connected commerce environments.
Amplify in-house Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) for forecasting, attribution, and paid media success.
Amplify rewards and loyalty for long term growth through effective P&L efficiency.
Utilize tools to drive advanced segmentation and channel performance insights.
Align digital analytics with audience segmentation to optimize engagement and conversion.
Lead inventory analytics to define perfect assortment and improve supply chain efficiency.
Drive pricing analytics at both product and customer levels to enhance profitability and competitiveness.
ADDITIONAL/SHARED RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with the respective businesses to understand growth opportunities and support new initiatives and innovation.
Partner with Data governance to support frameworks for data quality, optimization, architecture, privacy, compliance, and orchestration.
Partner with brand teams to measure and interpret brand awareness metrics and their impact on performance.
Partner with the Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Customer Experience team to optimize customer journeys and product strategy.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 15 years’ experience in data, analytics or technology roles, 10 years’ experience in leadership roles
Bachelor’s degree required, Advanced degree preferred in Data Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or Statistics
Certifications preferred: Certified Analytics Professional (CAP), Google Cloud or AWS Data Engineering certifications, AI/ML certifications from recognized platforms
Experience building and scaling large data teams across multiple functions
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives involving marketing, operations, and technology
Demonstrated ability to use data to drive revenue growth, customer retention, and operational efficiency
Experience influencing C-suite and board-level decisions with data insights
Experience in Retail, E-Commerce, and Marketing business models
Familiarity with geo-location analytics, SKU trends, and store influence metrics.
Background in both B2B and B2C environments.
Proven executive leadership in enterprise data, analytics, and AI.
Deep expertise in CDP, predictive modeling, and digital analytics platforms.
Strong understanding of customer identity, segmentation, and lifetime value strategies
Experience in marketing analytics, media mix modeling, and funnel optimization.
Ability to translate complex data into strategic business decisions.
Ability to define and drive a long-term data strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
Translate complex analytics into actionable business strategies.
Lead and influence across departments including Marketing, Operations, Technology, and Finance.
