Who You Are

Bachelor's Degree preferred

Two years supervisory/management experience to include hiring staff, coaching, performance management and daily operations supervision

3-5 years of successful marketing and sales experience with meeting or exceeding goals

Previous experience with a Life Plan Senior Living Community strongly recommended or Rental Senior Living Community considered

Superlative communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrate good judgement, time management, problem solving and decision-making skills

Passion for seniors

Ability to identify and build relationships within the local area that drives business into the community

Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively

Proficiency in computer skills, Microsoft Office, Sales Force, & the ability to learn new applications as needed

Excellent written and verbal skills for effective communication and the ability to facilitate both small and large group presentations

Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours as needed
