Responsibilities We are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Neonatologist to join a collaborative and well-supported team serving three NICUs in Northern Utah. All experience levels are welcome, including new graduates.

About The Opportunity

Primary Site: Ogden Regional Medical Center - Level III NICU, 26 beds

Davis Hospital and Medical Center - Level III NICU, 15 beds

Lakeview Hospital - Level II NICU, 6 beds

Work-Life Balance Focused

Manageable Average Daily Census:

Ogden: 20

Davis: 10

Lakeview: 3

Team Composition:

2.5 Neonatologists

5 Neonatal Nurse Practitioners

Schedule: 24‑hour shifts with call from home, offering excellent work‑life balance
