Creative, Digital, and Account Teams We’re looking for a content creator who can do it all — strategy, production, publishing, and performance. You’ll help shape how brands show up online, crafting content that doesn’t just fill feeds but actually connects. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative and digital teams to turn ideas into stories that stop the scroll. The right person has that mix of initiative, curiosity, and creative instinct — someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to make, but is always spotting new trends, testing ideas, and bringing fresh energy to every project. What You’ll Do
Build and run social strategies across multiple brands Script, shoot, edit, and write for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X Track, test, and tweak — you love experimenting with what works What You Bring
5–8+ years running social — from strategy to analytics to hands-on creation (agency, brand, or creator side). A portfolio of short-form video and carousel content you’ve personally produced (script → shoot → edit). A deep understanding of TikTok/IG Reels/YouTube Shorts/LinkedIn — what works, what doesn’t, and why. Strong analytical chops — dashboards, link tracking, experiment design, and clear storytelling with data. A flexible writing voice and presence on-camera when needed. Great follow-through — you own your deadlines and love the rhythm of shipping high-quality work consistently. Bonus points for: motion design, paid social know-how, influencer collabs, or social listening experience. Tools we use: CapCut or Premiere, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sprout/Hootsuite, Later, GA4, Meta/TikTok/LinkedIn Ads, Databox, G-Suite. The Details
