Base pay range
$180,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr A global, AM law 100 firm are currently seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join their dynamic and growing team in Maryland. If you’re a motivated attorney with a passion for complex real estate transactions and a desire to work with industry-leading professionals, this could be the role for you! The role will involve collaborating with a top-tier team in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. You will represent lenders, borrowers, and investors in commercial real estate transactions and work on structured financing, acquisitions, development, and asset management matters. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience in commercial acquisition, development, financing, leasing and disposition of real estate.
