Meet Life Sciences is a global Life Sciences Talent Solutions Provider founded in London, with offices in New York, San Francisco, San Diego, and Raleigh. Our clients range across the top Medical Device, Diagnostic, Pharmaceutical, and Biotechnology companies worldwide.
We are seeking an experienced recruiter to drive new business development, lead candidate delivery, and manage a 360 talent acquisition desk.
Requirements
At least 18 months of agency recruiting experience (REQUIRED)
At least 18 months of new business development experience – prospecting leads, negotiating contracts, and account management (REQUIRED)
Experience working in a team‑oriented environment and mentoring or managing junior recruiters (REQUIRED)
Experience handling objections, generating leads, contract negotiations, business development, and account management (REQUIRED)
Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
LS experience preferred, but not required
3 days a week in office, 2 days work from home
1.5+ years of agency recruitment experience, new business development experience REQUIRED
Responsibilities
Run your own 360 desk – candidate delivery and new business development
Manage junior employees and decide on career path (individual contributor, business development, client management, exec search, or team management)
Act as an expert within the Life Sciences space to match candidates with client open positions
Creatively source new clients – cold calling, LinkedIn Recruiter, job adverts, and referrals
Act as the main point of contact for clients and assist them with staffing needs
Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the recruitment life cycle from the initial phone call to closing the offer
Represent Meet and our global clients to appeal to and maintain top talent in the industry

Base salary of $75k plus an uncapped commission with no draws/thresholds
