Commercial Business Litigation Associate / Counsel We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Business Litigation Attorney with 4-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer ready to manage complex cases and play a key role in representing our clients across a broad spectrum of commercial disputes.

Responsibilities

Providing sophisticated pre‑litigation counseling and strategic risk assessment.

Managing all aspects of the discovery process, including e‑discovery, depositions, and expert witness preparation.

Developing and arguing complex dispositive and non‑dispositive motion practice.

Leading cases through trial preparation and proceedings.Handling appeals and post‑judgment procedures.

The attorney will work closely with clients and partners to develop effective litigation strategies aimed at achieving favorable business outcomes.

Qualifications

4-7 years of focused experience in commercial business litigation is required.

Proven record of success in handling matters through the discovery, motion, and trial phases.

Exceptional research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills.

Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of Forida.
