Job Overview
HTC Global Services invites applications for the
EPIC Analyst – Cupid
role. This position supports the Epic
Cupid
cardiology module, enabling workflow optimization, device integration, and reporting across invasive and non-invasive cardiology departments. Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain Epic Cupid workflows for invasive cardiology, non-invasive cardiology, echocardiography, and cath lab documentation. Integrate device connectivity (hemodynamic monitors, imaging systems, EKG, echo machines) and third‑party cardiology systems. Configure order sets, preference lists, charge capture, and clinical documentation templates specific to cardiology. Partner with cardiologists, nurses, and technologists to optimize inpatient and outpatient cardiology services. Support cardiology scheduling, results reporting, and integration with Epic Radiant (imaging) and Epic Orders modules. Develop and execute test plans for Cupid upgrades, new features, and Epic release cycles, including IST and UAT. Document system builds, workflows, and troubleshooting steps. Provide Tier 2/3 application support, develop training guides, tip sheets, and materials for cardiology staff, and support go‑live activities. Ensure Cupid workflows comply with regulatory standards (CMS, Joint Commission, HIPAA) and support data integrity and billing accuracy. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Informatics, Health IT, or related field preferred. Epic Cupid certification required; additional Epic certifications (Orders, Radiant, Beacon, or ClinDoc) a plus. 2–4 years of Epic build/support experience with Epic Cupid; clinical or technical experience in cardiology highly desirable. Strong understanding of cardiology operations, workflows, and device connectivity. Excellent problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills. Experience with charge capture, revenue cycle workflows, and cardiology imaging systems (PACS, DICOM). Hands‑on experience with cath lab and invasive cardiology workflows and prior participation in Epic Cupid implementation or optimization projects. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced healthcare environment. Benefits
