Senior Account Executive (Houston, TX) – FCC Environmental Services
Location: Greater Houston, TX | Salary: $136,240.00–$170,300.00 annually
Position Summary
We are seeking a proactive sales professional to acquire new client accounts throughout the waste industry, focusing on commercial, industrial, and construction sectors. The Senior Account Executive will use a consultative sales approach to prospect, propose, and close enterprise waste service contracts, exceeding revenue targets. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new leads, focusing on waste services across industry verticals. Develop proposals for contractors and public sector entities, including construction debris hauling and disposal. Prepare custom quotations in collaboration with Region Manager & Director of Municipal Services when standard pricing does not apply. Maintain contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, retention, and additional sales opportunities. Use direct mail, advertising, promotions, referrals, cold calls, and direct sales to acquire potential accounts. Resolve customer complaints promptly and provide guidance to improve service delivery. Education
High School Diploma required; post‑secondary education in business, computer science, or office management is an asset. Experience & Competencies
1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in waste services or related fields. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy. Professional, dependable, and client‑focused demeanor. Benefits
