Be the life force of the store! Greet every customer with a welcoming and energetic attitude.
Use open‑ended questions to discover a customer’s needs and provide personalized solutions.
Guide customers through the entire sales journey, creating an incredible technology experience.
Provide basic device troubleshooting, diagnose mobile device issues, and facilitate service tickets.
Upsell confidently, recommending product bundles and complementary items.
Build lasting customer relationships that lead to repeat business and positive word‑of‑mouth.
Handle customer escalations with empathy and a can‑do attitude.
Complete all product, services, and soft‑skills training to become a Samsung expert.
Crush personal sales goals while helping the store hit its overall performance targets.
