Specialist non-SAP Application Manager - Sales & Aftersales / IT Coordinator

Schedule: Full Time | Contract: Permanent Position
This position can be filled at the Düsseldorf, Bremen, Berlin, Kassel, Kiel, Unterlüß and Neuenstadt locations or remotely if necessary.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Development and responsibility for non-SAP application management services and ensuring the operation of various non-SAP applications in the Sales & Aftersales Applications division
Coordination and management of external IT service providers in the context of ensuring ongoing operations and IT project work
Supporting the implementation and testing of software components and developments
Responsible for carrying out and coordinating release updates and installing patches for the respective SAP applications
Collaboration in project management and IT coordination in the area of Sales & Aftersales of non-SAP applications
Active participation in innovative AMS projects from planning, coordination and implementation to taking over (partial) project management and budget tracking
Coordination and contact person for the technical teams regarding firewall, network connection and server operation as well as support of the application interfaces towards the SAP systems used
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, economics or an education with a comparable background
Several years of experience in consulting and application management of non-SAP applications, ideally in the area of sales & aftersales
In-depth knowledge of service management and setting up services in application management
Experience in managing external service providers and coordinating internal colleagues
Several years of experience in the operation and user support of logistics-related applications (SAP and non-SAP)
Experience in the area of business process modeling as well as (IT) project management and ITIL
Sound knowledge in the support of SAP and non-SAP interfaces
Initial professional experience and knowledge in the area of SAP SD and CS (customizing) desirable
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
