Base Pay Range $45,000.00/yr - $52,000.00/yr
Job Summary The Talent Acquisition Specialist reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This position recruits for field‑level security roles, posts openings, sources candidates through agencies and other channels, and follows up on leads.
Job Duties
Monitor requisitions in the ATS and screen/interview applicants.
Utilize dashboards and resume searches for sourcing and interviewing.
Create profiles for hiring needs in different markets.
Assist with recruitment deficits in difficult markets across the U.S.
Recommend recruitment improvements to management.
Analyze findings to improve overall success within Talent Acquisition.
Perform additional related duties as required by department management.
Maintain applicant‑tracking system compliance.
Minimum Qualifications Associates Degree or 2+ years progressively responsible, related experience desired. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Competencies
Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, writing, planning, and project‑management skills.
Clear, concise, and persuasive communication ability.
Proven track record designing and implementing recruiting strategies.
Strong customer‑service skills.
Effective team member.
Self‑directed with ability to meet multiple deadlines.
Working Conditions
Maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public under pressure.
Success in background, reference, psychological, and controlled‑substance tests.
Handle multiple tasks concurrently; computer usage and sensitive confidential information.
Regular talking, hearing, and frequent sitting; occasional walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and crawling.
Frequent lifting up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
Close vision, distance vision, and ability to adjust focus.
Work primarily in an office environment.
