Expert knowledge of PEMB systems, components, erection sequencing, and trade coordination.
Strong leadership, team management, and mentoring abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Proficient with project management software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, or similar).
Solid understanding of construction contracts (lump sum, GMP, cost-plus).
OSHA 30 certification preferred.
Physical & Environmental Demands :
Primarily office-based with periodic jobsite visits.
Ability to navigate active construction sites, including climbing ladders and walking on uneven terrain.
Occasional travel to project locations may be required.
