Pay Range: $17.00 - $22.50 per hour.
Primary Responsibilities Provide customer service for rent-a-car reservations and walk-ins. Inform customers of the rental policy and answer any questions regarding the services.
Essential Functions
30% Handle customer inquiries such as availability and cost of vehicles.
30% Process and complete rental, sale of rent-a-car and optional products.
30% Resolve and report any concerns and issues, as well as assist with emergency situations.
10% Basic revenue tracking and marketing data processing for daily report.
Other Duties
Attend meetings, training classes, as needed.
Perform any other multi‑task duties within company as assigned by General Manager.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
High school graduate.
At least one year of customer service experience.
Ability to speak, write, and read in English and Japanese.
Basic computer knowledge (application programs, e‑mail, and standard office equipment).
Valid Hawaii driver’s license with clean abstract.
Working Hours
Normal business hours: 7:00 am – 6:30 pm, Sunday – Saturday, including holidays.
Up to 40 hours per week (full‑time) or up to 20 hours per week (part‑time); flexible schedule; may be required to work split shifts at same or different locations.
