About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join our global IT infrastructure team. In this role, you'll design, implement, and support advanced network technologies across a complex, multi‑region environment with a strong focus on security, scalability, and next‑generation connectivity. This is an onsite hybrid role (minimum 3 days in office) with potential for full‑time in‑office work. Candidates must be local to one of our office locations or willing to relocate shortly after onboarding.
Primary Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy LAN/WAN network infrastructure.
Provide tier 3 support for all network alerts, incidents, and escalations.
Configure, install, and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS systems.
Troubleshoot routing, asymmetric traffic, and STP loop issues.
Support SD‑WAN (Silver Peak preferred) and Next‑Gen Firewalls (Cisco Firepower preferred).
Perform network maintenance, upgrades, and security configurations.
Monitor network performance and capacity; ensure reliability and uptime.
Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for issue resolution.
Document configurations, policies, and procedures.
Participate in on‑call rotation for after‑hours support.
Required Qualifications
5–8 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
CCNP certification required.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Proficiency in routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and LAN switching (VLAN, VTP, STP, EtherChannel).
Experience with VPNs, TACACS+, RADIUS, AAA architecture, and 802.1x.
Familiarity with network security, load balancing, and performance optimization.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
Preferred Skills
Firewall Cloud Services: Zscaler
Data Center: Nexus / ACI
Cloud: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Load Balancers: Citrix NetScaler
Additional Tech: Cisco FTD, Aruba SD‑WAN
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $69 – $79 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
