Agile Coaching and Facilitation
Guide, coach, and motivate teams to increase Agile fluency and adoption.
Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies.
Facilitate discussions, decision making and conflict resolution.
Project and Scope Management
Oversee scope, timeline, quality and deliverables to support business objectives.
Track progress through Agile metrics and conduct quarterly planning (sprint zero).
Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
Collaboration and Coordination
Coordinate activities with other squads and tribes.
Partner with Product Owners and Tribe Leads.
Participate in Scrum of Scrums and collaborate with other Scrum Masters.
Contribute to the Scrum Master chapter and Coaching Community of Practice.
Promote Agile principles of collaboration, prioritization and accountability.
What You Need to Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, Business Management, or equivalent experience.
3–5 years of experience in Agile methodologies, especially Scrum.
Experience coaching squads and mentoring Scrum Masters.
Experience with fully distributed Scrum teams.
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or higher (CSPO, CSP, etc.).
Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills.
Agile and continuous improvement mindset.
Passion for continuous learning and personal development.
What Would Make You Stand Out
Experience mentoring individuals.
Deep knowledge of Jira (automation, dashboards, JQL, etc.) and Confluence.
Familiarity with Generative AI and prompt engineering.
Experience with Behavior‑Driven Development and workshops such as Event Storming and User Story Mapping.
