This strategic procurement leadership role involves overseeing all purchasing activities. The manager will be responsible for sourcing, vendor management, cost control and ensuring the timely supply of raw materials and components. This role is highly data‑driven and requires strong analytical and leadership capabilities. Responsibilities
Own and manage the entire procurement pipeline at a high level. Ensure materials are sourced at the right price and delivered at the right time. Lead vendor negotiations and manage long‑term supplier relationships. Oversee monthly procurement planning and forecasting. Collaborate cross‑functionally with R&D, QA, Regulatory, and Manufacturing departments. Manage and develop a small procurement team of 2–3 direct reports. Prepare for future leadership by growing into a broader supply chain role. Pay And Benefits
The pay range for this position is $100,000.00 – $115,000.00/yr. Bonus opportunities, 401K, excellent medical/dental/long‑term disability. Workplace Type
