I'm working alongside a well-renowned MEP consultancy firm based out of Sacramento that does exciting, innovative work across multiple different market sectors but is particularly reputable for its fantastic track record of projects in the healthcare sector. Furthermore, leadership within the company does a great job of facilitating quick career progression for their employees and fostering a positive work environment that promotes immense professional growth. They are currently looking to make their next key hire and bring someone in to fill a very specific mechanical project management position in their Sacramento office. This hire will be given the unique opportunity to take on significant responsibility and play a pivotal role in directing the strategic regional growth of the office. Key Responsibilities
Design HVAC and plumbing systems alongside engineers and BIM modelers. Manage multiple projects at various stages of development. Develop efficient, code-compliant solutions that meet client needs. Create and review building energy models and load calculations. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams. Conduct field visits for assessments and coordination. Preferred Qualifications
8+ years of experience in mechanical engineering or senior design roles. PE license required. Proficient in energy modeling and HVAC load analysis. Strong communication and project management skills. Skilled in technical writing for reports and specifications. Familiar with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and performance testing. Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with Central Utility Plant design and campus distribution systems. Seniority level
