Job Title and Location
Mechanical Engineer – Project Management, Towson, MD (Onsite) Responsibilities
Manage projects for educational and public facilities from inception to completion. Lead a team of 2‑3 individuals in executing project tasks. Attend meetings to discuss project progress and requirements. Prepare detailed construction documents. Respond promptly to Requests for Information (RFIs). Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Essential Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering. 5–8 years of experience in mechanical building design. Proficiency in project management. Experience with AutoCAD. US citizenship required due to contractual requirements. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Revit is advantageous. Work Environment
This position is based in Towson, MD and requires working in the office five days a week. The company offers a dynamic work culture with opportunities for growth and hosts events such as a Christmas party, a Summer Crab Fest, and volunteering outings. Pay range $48.49 – $60.87 per hour.
