Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the market trends. Manage and nurture client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Lead negotiations with potential clients to close sales effectively. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales strategies. Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events. Manage sales projects from conception to completion. Provide accurate sales forecasts and reporting to senior management. Identify potential risks and opportunities within the market to ensure business growth. Qualifications

A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the corporate event planning industry. Proven experience selling team building and/or charitable events to corporations. Advanced communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build strong relationships. A proven track record of driving results and meeting sales goals. Strong market research skills with the ability to identify and capitalize on market trends. Experience in new business development and project management. Exceptional customer relationship management skills. Strategic planning abilities with a focus on long-term growth. Experience in sales management, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
