Position Summary Royal Caribbean Group is seeking a strategic and data-driven Strategy Lead to join our Global Marine Strategy team. This role supports cross-functional initiatives to improve operational performance, drive strategic planning, and enable long-term growth across the Marine organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Identify and develop strategic initiatives aligned with short- and long-term goals for the Global Marine Operations organization.

Analyze operational, financial, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities, and translate these into actionable priorities and project plans.

Develop and maintain strategic and annual operating plans for the Global Marine organization.

Build dashboards and automate reporting tools to enable data-driven decision making.

Prepare compelling executive / board level presentations and materials.

Lead special projects to support delivery of Marine strategy and represent Marine in enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.

Facilitate collaborative working sessions with varied stakeholders to develop cross-functional solutions that improve operational performance, alignment, and efficiency.

Perform additional duties to support evolving business needs.

Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills

Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Degree in business, hospitality, finance, engineering or a related analytical field; Master’s Degree in a related field preferred.

4-6 years of relevant analytical work experience required. Experience in a management consulting firm or relevant strategic function at a corporation is preferred. Experience in the travel and leisure industry is also a plus.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills with a proven ability to break down complex business challenges and develop strategic solutions.

Possess an understanding of financial principles and experience building complex financial models.

Advanced proficiency in Excel (including financial modeling), SQL, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Word; experience with Essbase, Tableau, Visio, or similar tools is a plus.

Location This position will work onsite in Miami, Florida.
