Senior Credit Risk Analyst , you’ll be part of a small, agile team that designs and refines the strategies behind customer acquisition and credit approvals — where every line of code and policy tweak impacts real customers and portfolio performance.
The Role You’ll take ownership of analytics and strategy across the
front-end of the credit lifecycle
— from acquisition through underwriting and policy optimization.
Expect to work closely with senior risk leaders to test, refine, and scale data-driven credit policies that balance growth with risk discipline.
Day to day, you will:
Develop, test, and deploy
acquisition and underwriting strategies
to optimize approval rates and portfolio quality.
Use
SQL and Python
to deep-dive into performance data, uncovering insights that drive better decision-making.
Partner with product, data science, and finance to bring analytical recommendations to life in the business.
Monitor credit performance and calibrate policies in response to emerging trends.
Help define and evolve the framework for
credit policy governance and measurement .
What You Bring
2–4 years
of experience in
credit risk, strategy, or portfolio analytics
(cards, personal loans, or other consumer lending preferred).
Hands‑on technical skills with
SQL
(Python or R a plus).
Strong understanding of
credit policy and underwriting strategy
— not just analytics for analytics’ sake.
A commercial mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable strategy.
Excellent communication skills — able to influence and explain complex ideas clearly.
