System Software Programmer - Project Lead - Hybrid
VIVA USA INC. is hiring a System Software Programmer – Project Lead for a hybrid program focused on Early Care and Education systems. The role leads development of legacy and new Child Care Services System (CCSS) applications.

Daily Duties / Responsibilities
Design, develop, unit test, and deploy web and service components using Visual Studio and .NET.
Maintain, refactor, and extend legacy Child Care Systems into the CCSS platform.
Integrate client Voucher and CACFP modules into CCSS, ensuring data integrity and security.
Collaborate with team to build N‑tier architecture, dynamic content, and scalable solutions.
Act as backup for lead developer, providing back‑up support and break/fix for Voucher daily use.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience designing and implementing medium to large‑scale .NET systems.
5+ years developing data‑driven applications using relational databases (MS SQL).
5+ years building web‑based systems with N‑tier architecture, dynamic content, and security models.
Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, .NET, WCF, MVC, Angular, Entity Framework, PowerShell.
Strong communication skills (oral & written) with technical & non‑technical stakeholders.
Experience with Windows Server, IIS, Active Directory, and PowerShell scripting.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Child Care Licensing, Voucher, and CACFP applications.
Knowledge of Early Care and Education program missions and objectives.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related quantitative discipline.
Hybrid Work Schedule 3 days in office, 2 days remote.
