Paralegal
We are looking for a self‑motivated, organized and detail‑oriented person to join our progressive, innovative, and growing elder law department of nine attorneys and a great team of paralegals.
Some documents you may prepare include wills, pleadings, motions, petitions, guardianship applications and power of attorney requests. In a firm more involved with trusts and estates, a paralegal may also draft business plans, financial reports, and prepare both income and estate tax returns.
Job Duties
Must have strong written and verbal communications skills
Superior computer skills including Microsoft Office and HotDocs
Must be detail‑oriented and organized with good analytical and problem‑solving ability
Ability to function independently and as a team player in a fast‑paced environment
To the qualified individual we offer a competitive salary, starting at $65,000 annually based on experience, bonus opportunity and 401(k).
This is an opportunity to grow with and become part of a rapidly expanding law firm in a burgeoning field of practice.
