About The Opportunity Anne Arundel Dermatology (AAD) is a premier, physician‑led group serving communities across seven states for 50+ years. We’re seeking a Board‑Certified/Board‑Eligible Dermatologist to join our thriving, established practice in Rockville, Maryland.

Responsibilities Turnkey practice: Full schedule day one with a loyal patient base Work‑life balance: Flexible scheduling; up to 6 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME Modern facilities: EMA EMR + Phototherapy suite; strong clinical infrastructure Efficient support: Dedicated, trained MAs who also serve as scribes Your practice, your way: General dermatology with optional excisions and cosmetics (never required) Autonomy: Physician‑led culture that prioritizes quality over quantity
Compensation & Benefits (Full‑time ≥30 hrs/wk) $400K+ starting base Medical, Dental, Vision Company‑provided Basic Life/AD&D; Short & Long‑Term Disability Voluntary Life, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity Up to 6 weeks PTO + 2 weeks CME Retirement savings plan
Qualifications Comfortable working in a high‑demand, fast‑paced clinical setting with strong support Committed to delivering efficient, high‑quality care in a team‑based environment Interest in long‑term practice growth and building a loyal patient panel Values both productivity and patient‑centered outcomes
Licensure/Certifications/Education M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of Dermatology Residency and at an accredited healthcare institution. Board Certified/Board Eligible by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). Active and unrestricted State Medical license or ability to obtain. Current DEA and CDS for prescription writing.
