We are expanding our Communications team with two new Corporate Communications Associates to craft high‑impact content that advances our business strategy and elevates our market presence. This role will focus primarily on internal communications, with select external responsibilities and will report to the head of Internal Communications. This position offers a unique opportunity to engage team members, customers, media, and other stakeholders—while ensuring a consistent brand voice across all platforms. You’ll play a key role in executing our communications strategy and driving meaningful impact. Internal Communications Maintain calendar/schedule for internal communications. Create and distribute company announcements, newsletters and updates. Manage corporate communications content on the company’s intranet platform. Craft compelling stories that resonate with our internal audiences and support the organization’s culture and values. Monitor and measure the impact and effectiveness of messaging and communications strategies using analytics tools, reports and feedback. Digital Communications Using Canva, Adobe Illustrator or Adobe Photoshop, create visually appealing and effective graphics for various communication channels. Design communication materials, presentations and other graphics as needed. Follow company brand standards in all digital communications. Minimum Qualifications

3‑5 years of experience in corporate communications. Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing or journalism. A strong writer, competent editor and an excellent communicator. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment and manage last‑minute changes. Self‑motivated, good at taking initiative and comfortable working independently. Strong organizational skills and ability to successfully work on multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and takes pride in work. Willingness to pitch in and help teammates. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva and other relevant tools and platforms. Benefits We Offer
