Supports HR functions through data input, data analysis, data integrity, general maintenance, and upkeep of all HR-related records.## Education & Experience**Education and Experience Required:**Bachelor's degree and one year of human resources, information systems, or data analysis work experience**Certifications, Licenses or Registration Required:**N/A## Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAnalytical, investigative, and problem resolution skills.

HR database design knowledge, understanding functions, and tools. Effective verbal and written communication skills. General understanding of employment laws.

Customer service and project management skills.

Analytical and report writing skills. Ability to multi-task, exercise sound judgment, and prioritize workload. Ability to analyze business reports and translate data into relevant charts and graphs. Ability to effectively manipulate word, excel, and access. Knowledge of computer functions including data input, computer statistical reporting, and programming.**Responsibilities:*** Analyzes business processes and design to improve hr business functions through technology.* Maintains internal database files and tables and develops custom reports to meet the requirements of HR management and staff.* Designs, develops and produces accurate standard/ad-hoc queries and reports to support HR business needs for information or strategic data. Provides analysis and interpretation of reports.* Performs regular audits of HR databases to ensure accuracy.* Performs routine system maintenance and parameter changes as needed to ensure human resource processes are functioning properly.* Interacts with dis department to resolve hardware problems and to maintain proper system requirements. Interfaces with payroll, legal, internal audit, compliance, and other departments to discuss systems maintenance, report generation, and other issues which may affect the database.* The duties listed are general in nature and are examples of the duties and responsibilities performed and are not meant to be construed as exclusive or all-inclusive.
