Overview Lutron is seeking a strategic, creative, and relationship-driven Manager of Brand Engagement & A&D (Architecture & Design) Partnerships to join our team. In this role, you will lead the development of high-impact campaigns and engagement strategies that elevate brand affinity and drive growth in residential product specifications. This role blends creative concepting, audience insight, and industry relationship‑building to shape how Lutron shows up and drives demand across the customer journey—through creative campaigns, thought leadership, experiential activations, and strategic brand collaborations that inspire and influence.

Responsibilities Creative & Strategic Campaign Development

Develop integrated marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and action with high-value audiences across the residential A&D ecosystem

Collaborate with internal Communications team on the creative campaign strategy and deliverables

Identify and pursue market opportunities for co-branding, partnerships, or sponsorships with third‑party brands aligned with Lutron values and luxury positioning

Work in tandem with the paid media lead to amplify brand engagement efforts across digital, print, and social channels—ensuring reach, consistency, and measurable outcomes

Spearhead influencer campaigns and thought leadership opportunities aligned with brand values and audience interests

Coordinate the execution of events and brand activations in partnership with internal teams and agency support

Evaluate campaign performance and engagement metrics; deliver insights and recommendations to inform future brand efforts

Customer Insights & Journey Optimization

Gather and synthesize qualitative insights from the A&D community and luxury homeowners to inform campaign strategy, messaging, and content development

Identify unmet needs, preferences, and opportunities to better position the brand among A&D specifiers and homeowners

Collaborate with UX, product, and sales teams to identify and address friction points during product discovery, education, and specification

Serve as an internal voice of the residential A&D audience—gathering insights, feedback, and unmet needs

Industry Relationship Building

Build relationships with design industry media, tastemakers, and principal‑level influencers to drive joint marketing initiatives, events and earned media opportunities

Identify high‑impact sponsorships, collaborations, and industry moments to align the brand with

Work with A&D industry influencers and agency partners to develop product trade‑out agreements and content collaborations such as interviews, thought‑leadership pieces, and video testimonials

Coordinate with internal ambassadors and subject‑matter‑experts to represent brand at key events and contribute to editorial and content opportunities

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required, marketing or communications field of study preferred

Minimum cumulative 3.00 GPA required

Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in a Marketing/sales role required

Proficiency in MS Suite and familiarity with various web, email, and social media platforms and associated analytics tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Canva, Google Analytics, etc.)

Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time; ability to occasionally visit other Lutron offices

Starting pay: $140,000/yr to $185,000/yr; Lutron's employee benefits include 401k match, health, dental, life insurance, paid vacation (amount based on tenure with the company), flexible spending accounts, and tuition reimbursement programs.
