Vice President – Infrastructure Investing
A leading global infrastructure fund with several billion in assets under management is seeking a
Vice President
to join its
New York-based investment team . The platform focuses on
core and core-plus infrastructure opportunities
across
power, utilities, energy transition, and transportation , deploying capital across both greenfield and brownfield assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead transaction execution across the full deal lifecycle - origination, due diligence, structuring, financing, and closing.
Manage and mentor junior team members in financial modeling, market analysis, and transaction materials.
Support portfolio management activities, including performance tracking, capital structure optimization, and strategic value creation initiatives.
Collaborate with senior leadership on investment strategy and fund deployment priorities.
Qualifications:
2–3+ years of investment banking experience (preferably in Power, Utilities, or Infrastructure coverage).
2-3+ years of buyside experience at a private equity, infrastructure, or principal investing platform.
Strong transaction execution background and understanding of project finance, M&A, and capital markets processes.
Excellent financial modeling, communication, and leadership skills.
Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or CFA a plus.

Salary: $100,000.00-$125,000.00
