Senior
All Source Analyst -
Object Based Intelligence (OBI)
is
responsible
for
conducting
spatially enabled
, all-source analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and regional/ functional developments
.
Responsibilities are, but are not limited to: Provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.
Support
development of OBI governance documentation and development of training for
OBI practitioners. Apply

gency and IC Tradecraft standards, style, and editing standards
. I
mplement OBI governance and reference documentation, training materials. Interact with customers, Program Manager
,
and other
teams to gather,
analyze
and define requirements
to
develop object-based intelligence tradecraft and intelligence standards to satisfy the c
ustomers desired
needs/
outcomes. D
evelop tradecraft necessary to implement OBI within the Defense Intelligence Enterprise
. Research and understand customer needs and requirements
. P
ropose initiatives and tasks that synthesize
intelligence narratives to address customer needs. Proactively
retrieve
information from various sources and analyze the information using emerging capabilities and dat
a
sets, to develop analytic assessments. Employ the
appropriate methods
, processes, and workflows to integrate multiple capabilities
and multi-variant data to produce coherent tradecraft compliant all-source intelligence narratives. Support
validation of existing and emerging programs and capabilities. Utilize Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203, Analytic Standards. Perform
data collection and analysis from multiple and complex information/ data sources. Synthesize data into comprehensive reports and briefings
that
facilitate
quality
decision
making
. Work
collaborati
vely with other
analysts, data system users
,
and stakeholders to continually enhance data quality and intelligence assessments. Monitor and assess information to
identify
potential threats
and
opportunities
,
providing
timely
analysis to support operational planning and quality improvements. Produce tailored
OBI/ intelligence
products and services, including threat studies and operational assessments
with recommendations for improvement. Advise analysts,
customers
and stakeholders
. Maintain knowledge of current events, geographical
factors
and emerging threats to inform analysis,
reporting
and decision-making.

years of work experience Possesses the Intelligence Fundamentals Certification for All Source Analyst Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Familiarity
with intelligence databases, software, and analytical tools. Ability to
work collaboratively with users and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle. U
nderstanding of object-based intelligence (OBI) principles, workflows, and tradecraft standards. Capacity
to adapt to changing situations
to
prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications
: Master's degree in a relevant field. Experience with advanced analytics, machine learning, and data integration methodologies. Familiarity with government data standards and policies (e.g., IC, DoD)

Target Salary Range
$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
